Shoulder Innovations was founded in 2009 as they discovered the need for creating the InSet™ Glenoid; a product providing a greater amount of mechanical stability between the implant and the bone of the shoulder. The Team at Shoulder Innovations was in need of an office and warehousing space providing comfort for their Team allowing the continued innovation of medical devices. Journey Construction Group stepped up to the plate assisting with creating a large office space within a small footprint; constructing a second level allowed the team to double their office square footage while also providing private office spaces, open collaboration and meeting areas, a beautiful space for clients to visit and an open area for the warehousing and logistics side.
