Lakeshore Warehousing was looking to provide a space on their own property to increase efficiencies from their current space a few mile away. This facility was designed to meet the current energy code utilizing conventional steel framing with a sloped membrane roof system and insulated metal panels (IMP) as the building’s exterior skin. Inside the facility includes a fire suppression system feed from an underground tank and well system, a truck dock, and restroom.
